It's a New Year, friends

These past few weeks have provided so much needed rest in the shape of countless visits to the sauna, books, boardgames and long breakfasts. And to be completely honest, I'm still not ready to throw myself into any wild projects right now so I'm starting this new year very gently.

I have been playing around a bit with this giant watercolor. The format requires a slow pace and a great deal of patience so it's been the perfect project to visit in small bursts. I rarely work in these formats as they take up so much space in the studio but this has been such a joy.
