A bit lost for words
I've started writing this many times over but with the current state of the world I've been a little lost for words to be honest. I've been trying my best to lean into the joy of the first rays of sun on my face and gathering seeds for the summer garden but it's not as easy this time around.
I do have a pretty hectic year ahead of me so this first part of the year has been very focused on getting actual creative work done. I'm stacking freshly painted artwork against the walls, filling empty canvases and letting watercolor pigments spread out over sheet after sheet.
I'm also preparing for brand new products! They're a secret still but I'll reveal them soon, together with a fresh line of art prints. So even though it feels like I've been hiding under a rock these past few weeks, this little art business is making progress and I can't wait to share it all!
I'm working on a second watercolor course!
And just like last time I made a course I announced it too soon and you all had to wait for ages for it but I'm lousy at keeping secrets so there it is.
It will be a continuation from the first course, geared towards someone wanting to take the next step, go a bit bigger and a bit more advanced.

I have to recommend a book that has been really eye-opening for me, “Do nothing” by Celeste Headlee. The title doesn't give this book justice, it's a really comprehensive dive into why our society is so geared towards overworking and why allowing idle time into our schedules is so important. Much needed for me at least and everyone I've had the chance to recommend it to.
