Growing up in the Stockholm archipelago, the ocean and the thousands of islands along the coastline were ever present. These are the landscapes I know by heart - the lines and patterns, the soft shapes and sharp crevasses. The scenery out there is like a poem changing rhythm while being read, unpredictable yet resting in inherent beauty.

These paintings are an ode to that landscape, each will take you to a different season or time of day. All bringing a sense of calm to your home.

Details: Acrylic paint on canvas, 100x80 cm (39x31”). The painting is sprayed with UV protectant varnish, signed and dated on the back. Painting comes unframed and is painted along the edges so can be hung unframed.
